The work, the need and the impact

01

The Problem

The Problem

Many individuals including NHS staff face high levels of stress, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion, leading to declining mental health and reduced resilience. This programme addresses the urgent need for effective, evidence-based tools to support psychological wellbeing in both community and healthcare settings.

02

Our Approach

Manage Your Mind workshop

Participants are invited to attend weekly, clinically-informed sessions led by medical professionals, introducing breath, body, and mind techniques grounded in holistic wellbeing science. After initial sessions, participants may join a more intensive SKY breathing-based weekend programme and continue with ongoing support through weekly sessions. Currently, the independent CIC 'Manage Your Mind' partners with employers to deliver tailored interventions for NHS staff.
